What should I Do If the Screw Feeding Machine is Blocked?

The screw feeding machine is a new generation product integrating stable conveying of materials, weighing measurement and quantitative control. The screw feeding machine is widely used in various industries and is suitable for horizontal or inclined conveying of powder, granular and small block materials, such as coal mines, ash, slag, cement, grain. The temperature of the materials is less than 200 ℃, so it is not suitable for conveying materials that are perishable, viscous, and easily agglomerated.

When using the screw feeding machine, there may be material blocking, so how to solve this problem?

1. Reasonably select the technical parameters of the screw feeding machine, like the speed of the slow screw feeding machine should not be too high.

2. Strictly implement the operating procedures to ensure uniform feeding.

3. Enlarge the discharge opening or lengthen the end of the trough to deal with the problem of poor discharge or late discharge. A small anti-rotation blade can also be installed at the end of the trough of the discharge port to prevent material blocking at the end.

4. Make necessary sorting of the materials entering the screw feeding machine to prevent large debris or fibrous impurities from entering the machine and causing blockage.

5. Reduce the horizontal dimension of the central suspension bearing as much as possible to reduce the possibility of material blocking when the material passes through the central bearing.

6. Equipped with material level device and blocking sensor to complete automatic control and alarm.

7. Open an anti-blocking valve on the discharge end cover. When blocking occurs, due to the accumulation of materials, the anti-blocking door is opened and the power supply is blocked by the switch.
