Therefore, it is important to know whether your supplier can provide you with the spare parts you need.
F. Professional services

If your company is a small and medium-sized company, training a technical waiter for this system is a huge cost, that is, you may have to rely on your supplier for most of your problems.

A professional system integrator will have a dedicated service department to deal with equipment service problems. They typically provide phone support, email support, or their devices are equipped with remote support.

G. Clear warranty
