The Transformation Path of Guangdong Manufacturing

Yao zhenqi, general manager of Guangzhou Chang Ren Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., told reporters: "We mainly do the body of industrial robots, integrated application lines, and key components. Our production line is sold to other people for 5 million yuan, and the factory can use it to produce phosphor copper balls, and the output value of a month can reach one hundred million.

"The previous labor cost is 1500 yuan to produce a ton of phosphor ball. But with our full automatic production line, it costs only 1000 yuan, and the quality of the product is very stable. There are no mistakes." According to Yao Zhenqi, more than 180 factories producing phosphorous copper balls have been closed because of the company's industrial robots, which are of high quality, high efficiency, and 24-hour uninterrupted production.

The industrial robot is mainly used to replace simple and repeated labor, handling of the dangerous position, spraying, pallet, drilling robot and logistics sorting of low technology content such as work, and gradually expand to the field of service robots.

Huang Zhuyi, Channel manager of Guangdong Pinyu Robot Technology Co. Ltd. introduced a family companion robot to the reporter. It can accompany children to learn and help the elderly to control the smart home system. The family can control the robot remotely through APP and communicate with the children and the elderly at home.

According to the Guangzhou Municipal Committee of Industry and Information, Guangzhou's service robot industry foundation is relatively weak. It needs to integrate artificial intelligence, robot deep learning, and other advanced technologies, and develop service robots such as pension assistance, domestic service, social public service, education and entertainment and so on. According to incomplete statistics, there are more than 1000 robot enterprises in China, of which more than 200 are robot manufacturing enterprises, most of which are based on assembly and processing, and are at the low end of the industrial chain. China's domestic robot market share is only about 30%, the product is basically three or four-axis robot, mainly used in handling and up and down material; the added value is low; the high-end robot is heavily dependent on import, and the foreign brand market share of the industrial robot over six-axis accounts for 85%.
