I. ensure the normal working load of the switch assembly machine

The size and nature of the working load of the switch assembly machine have an important influence on the loss process of the equipment. Generally speaking, the wear of assembly machine parts increases proportionally with the increase of load. When the load on the part is higher than the average design load, the wear will increase. In addition, when other conditions are the same, the wear of the stable load is smaller than that of the dynamic load, the fault is less, and the service life is lower. The test results show that the wear of the cylinder will increase several times when the engine works under an unstable load compared with that under stable load. The engine working under normal load has a low failure rate and long life.

II. Reduce the impact of metal corrosion of switch assembly machine

The phenomenon that the metal surface is damaged by chemical or electrochemical action with the surrounding medium is called corrosion. This kind of corrosion will not only affect the normal operation of the external equipment of the machine but also corrode the internal parts of the machine. For example, the chemicals in rainwater and air enter into the interior of the machine through the external channels and gaps of the mechanical parts, corrode the interior of the mechanical parts, accelerate the mechanical wear and increase the mechanical failure. In use, the impact of chemical corrosion on machinery shall be reduced, with the emphasis on preventing rainwater and chemical components in the air from intruding into the machinery and reducing the operation in rain as much as possible.

III. reduce the impact of impurities

Mechanical impurities generally refer to dust, soil, and other non-metallic substances, as well as some metal chips and wear products generated by the equipment itself in the use process. Once these impurities enter the inside of the switch assembly machine and reach the fitting surface of the equipment, they will do great harm. They will not only block the relative movement and accelerate the wear of the parts, but also scratch the fitting surface, damage the lubricating oil film, increase the temperature of the parts and deteriorate the lubricating oil.

IV. reduce the impact of temperature

In operation, the temperature of each component has its own normal range. For example, the temperature of the general cooling water is 80-90 ℃, the temperature of the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic transmission system is 30-60 ℃. If the temperature is lower than or exceeds this range, the wear of the parts will be accelerated, the lubricating oil will be deteriorated, and the material performance will be changed, etc.
